At FitBac Personal Training Studio in Mount Gambier we are not just like your everyday gym; we are a Training Studio, but what does this mean for you as a valued client?

There is no walk-in workout people

When you book your time - it’s your time; You are not sharing the studio with anyone else. Train with confidence with just yourself and the trainer in the studio, this means you can concentrate on what you need to do without other people and distractions, allowing  for 100% dedication and attention to what you are doing and what you’re trying to achieve.

If you prefer working out in a group, get some of your friends together for a “friends” group training session, not only get a good work out in the comfort of our private studio but have some extra motivation from your friends. Just remember, at FitBac Mount Gambier its “Your Time & Your Studio.”

So if you are looking to work out with a difference, or you don’t like to work out in a crowded and noisy atmosphere, then FitBac Personal Training Studio Mount Gambier is your choice for Personal Training. Don’t forget every Monday & Friday at 9am we have a Cross-Training session that, if you prefer, you can and join in as well, this is our only “open house” session for yourself or friends.

Cathy has been involved in the fitness industry in Mount Gambier for the past 6 years; she started out working in a local gym conducting group training sessions and classes.  From this she eventually went out and opened her own personal training studio, which has a quieter more personal setting and also an outside area for summer training and for kids if they come along too. The focus is on the individual and/or group, to help them reach personal goals that are either short or long term.

Cathy is accredited and holds a certificate in rehabilitation, and also recently completed a certificate in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. This form of massage compliments her personal training, as it is great for increasing flexibility, muscle strength, stretching, muscle toning, and an increased full range of motion.
